Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase, if you are not entirely satisfied – we’re here to help.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).


All returns must be processed and received within 30 days of your order date, the product must be unused.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately.

We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Please submit photo images of the damaged product.
